DENHAM SPRINGS mdash; An adult and a juvenile are in custody in relation to a July fatal shooting at an apartment complex along La. 16 in Livingston Parish.nbsp;The fatal shooting occurred on July 20 at the Parc at Denham Springs apartment complex around 5 a.m., killing Patrick Payne.On Monday, Liv ingston Parish Sheriff Jason Ard shared that two of the three suspects believed to be responsible for the fatal shooting were identified.nbsp;A 16-year-old boy and 19-year-old Tavorian Kennedy, both from the Baton Rouge area, were charged with second-degree murder.According to the sheriff, it is currently believed that the shooting was gang-related.nbsp;Kennedy is currently in the Livingston Parish Detention Center while the 16-year-old is in the Florida Parishes Juvenile Detention Center.nbsp;Anyone with information is encouraged to contact the Livingston Parish Sheriff's Office.nbsp;Permalink| Comments ...read more read less
