HAMMONDmdash; Southeastern Louisiana University achieves another high-enrollment fall semester with over 15,000 students enrolled, according to Southeasternrsquo;s official 14th day enrollment census.Southeastern is experiencing the largest incoming freshman honors class and largest overall enrollm ent in Southeasternrsquo;s history, as the College of Honors and Excellence saw about a 19% increase since last year, school officials announced on Friday.nbsp;ldquo;Our continued enrollment growth reflects the confidence students and families have in Southeastern and the value of a Southeastern education,rdquo; said Southeastern President William S. Wainwright. ldquo;Growth among incoming freshmen, honors, transfer and graduate students demonstrates the impact of strategic investments in how we serve our students.rdquo;Southeastern continues to see significant enrollment growth in several key categories. New incoming graduate students increased by 6.1% and new incoming transfer students increased by 8%.Additionally, new first-time freshman and graduate enrollment both increased by about 2%.
