The U.S. Coast Guard Sector San Francisco is seeking the whereabouts and contact information of Alan Wright Wokas, the owner of an abandoned 20-foot Moomba boat. The vessel was located on Friday in the vicinity of Old River near Discovery Bay, approximately one mile north of the Highway 4 bri dge. According to the Coast Guard, the boat was found with the engine off, the stereo playing, keys on board, and a cell phone inside.
