Police are investigating a deadly shooting in San Jose’s Willow Glen neighborhood. The incident was reported at 10:20 p.m. Wednesday in the area of Oak and Palm streets. When officers arrived they found a man suffering from at least one gunshot wound. Police said the victim succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead by medics at the scene. The San Jose Police Department’s homicide unit has taken over the investigation, which includes trying to determine the motive and circumstances surrounding the shooting.
