Update 4:20 p.m.An electric bike rider suffered non-life-threatening injuries when the bike collided with a semi truck on South Billings Boulevard, according to Billings police.The rider, a juvenile, was transported to a local h
ospital, according to police.The bike and the semi were both traveling north on South Billings Boulevard when the semi made a right-hand turn onto the eastbound I-90 ramp, and the two collided.The intersection was temporarily closed as police investigated but has since reopened.This marks the second child injured in Billings while riding on an electric vehicle this week. On Tuesday, a child riding an e-scooter was struck during a morning ride to school at the intersection of Wicks Lane and Nutter Boulevard.The driver was cited for failure to yield.
