(KRON) -- A Menlo Park man who was slain in East Palo Alto was identified by police Wednesday as 52-year-old Andres Alberto Henriquez Gomez. Gomez was attacked in broad daylight on Sept. 3 and suffered facial injuries, police said. Investigators said the suspect, Angel Lopez Ibarra Jr., 53, of East Palo Alto, displayed erratic behavior at the scene on University Avenue and disrobed in public. The victim identified his killer before Gomez died at Stanford Hospital, according to the East Palo Alto Police Department.
