Fire investigators are probing an early morning blaze at a Corte Madera Tesla dealership that damaged four vehicles in what officials say does not appear to be an accident. Firefighters responded at 4:20 a.m. Monday following multiple reports of cars on fire at the Tesla dealership on Casa Buena Drive, according to Battalion Chief Brian Peterson of Marin Central Fire. Upon arrival, crews found a active fire burning in the front trunk of one Tesla, with flames spreading to three surrounding vehicles. Firefighters knocked down the blaze before the flames could reach the electric vehicles’ battery packs, preventing a much larger fire. No injuries were reported.
