Enjoy a free community Vinyasa Yoga class sponsored by Baptist Health from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. Midlife Mindfulness Workshops| Thursdays, September 10 and 17, 10 to 11:30 a.m. Move from emotional overload to purposeful action in a new four-week wellness series called Brave Bites Forward from Pinecrest Gardens and JWM Coaching. Empowerment strategist and certified divorce coach Jennifer Warren Medwin leads the sessions guiding adults through the shifting roles of midlife, from empty nesting and career pivots to caring for aging parents. There are four sessions, register for full series or drop into a single session. ● September 10, Intentional Awareness: Name the heavy emotions that arrive with a life in transition in this opening workshop and validate where you stand, without judgment. ● September 17, Mindfulness Small Group Connection: Break the silence of midlife isolation through shared conversation in a supportive group.
