Indiana State Police say over $3 million worth of cocaine was found during a commercial vehicle traffic inspection on Sunday.The traffic stop took place on I-70 eastbound in Putnam County.Indiana State Police investigators had p ulled over Harpreet Singh, of Greenwood, who said he was pulling an empty trailer from Memphis to Indianapolis.During the stop, one of the interdiction officers noticed Singh's vehicle was impounded and also "operating below industry standards."They searched the vehicle and trailer and soon found 277 pounds, or roughly $3.8 million, of cocaine stashed in duffel bags.Singh was taken into custody and booked into the Putnam County jail.
