(CNN)–  Horizon Organic Dairy has recalled more than 50,000 cases of chocolate milk. Officials say although the product itself is fine. The problem is with its packaging which could cause it to spoil before the listed “best by” date. Containers of 1% chocolate milk with expiration date s between January 28 and February 3rd are impacted. Horizon is offering refunds to customers who bought the drinks.
