Oswego, N.Y. — Otto Sitterly put on a dramatic late-race charge in Sunday afternoon’s 70th International Classic 200 at the Oswego Speedway and pulled off a record-tying sixth Classic triumph.Ohio’s Dave Shullick Jr. appeared to have control of the 200-lap/125-mile grind and he took over the t op spot from Sitterly on the 13th lap and led for the next 177 circuits.
