An accidental fire in Horseshoe Bend on Sunday prompted multiple agencies to respond, and the local fire department is praising the quick response.According to the Horseshoe Bend Fire Department, the strong cooperation between a gencies kept the incident from becoming much larger. In the end, only undeveloped land was affected by the blaze."Even though weve had cooler temperatures and some wetter weather over the last few days, today was a good reminder that fire danger is still high," the fire department said in a Facebook post.Earlier in the day, the Boise County Sheriff issued evacuations for residents in the area near Robbs Creek. The sheriff's office lifted the evacuations a few hours after instating them.Officials with the U.S. Wildland Fire Service told Idaho News 6 that the fire was estimated at one acre.
