DONALDSONVILLE mdash; Hyundai-Posco Louisiana Steel held its Heart and Seoul Festival on Sunday at Louisiana Square in Donaldsonville.The festival is part of its community outreach as construction of the $5.8 billion steel mill begins in the area.nbsp;Attendees enjoyed live music, food and fun acti vities.nbsp;Officials broke ground on the mill on Friday.
