Josh Green and Honolulu Mayor Rick Blangiardi shared the Blaisdell Arena concert stage Friday as Blangiardi proclaimed Sept. 5 and 6 a two-day “MAHALO, JOURNEY — FOR 52 YEARS OF ALOHA” celebration in the City County of Honolulu, and Green did the same for the entire state.
