A Gilroy man accused of sexually assaulting three 10-year-old girls while working as a summer camp counselor is scheduled to be arraigned Friday. Anthony Joseph Ramon faces five counts of felony child molestation for attacks the district attorney claims took place in June at a Morgan Hill swim ce nter. The 25-year-old Ramon was arrested three different times for each alleged assault. Prosecutors not only want him to be held accountable, but also want to know why Ramon was allowed to post bail after each arrest. He’s not a flight risk and he is presumed innocent.” Ramon was a counselor for YMCA Silicon Valley when he worked a school summer camp field trip to the Morgan Hill Aquatic Center. In the weeks following, police arrested Ramon repeatedly after three individual 10-year-old girls came forward — one by one — claiming he molested them in the pool.
