After a three-year hiatus, one of San Antonio’s best pizzaiolos is back on the scene. Gimme Gimme owner Aaron Peña says that John Winkler — the former proprietor of Truth Pizzeria — will be slinging pies out of the Southtown bar’s kitchen beginning Friday, September 4.
