A man tried to rob an Uber Eats driver while she was making a delivery in Center City on Saturday night, the victim, Kayla Culp, exclusively told NBC10. According to Culp, she stopped to make a delivery by Chestnut and 13th streets at around 11:30 p.m. on Tuesday when a man came to her car and to ld her to giver him her phone. Culp said no, and then the man started to reach inside her car through the open window. Culp said she started honking her horn, but no one came to help, so she started to drive away. The man held onto her car handle as she started to drive at a high rate of speed, she said.
