CHARLOTTE, N.C. -Tropical storm Edouard has made landfall  near Johnson Bayou, Louisiana, at 2:20 PM CDT with estimated maximum sustained winds of 60 mph, and minimum pressure of 996 mb 1-3 foot storm surge is likely across parts of Texas and Louisiana. Flash flooding is also possible as u p to 9” of rain could fall. Tropical storm conditions will spread inland through Wednesday as Edouard moves into Texas.
