A Monday morning fire in Oshkosh left four people displaced and caused $150,000 in damages, according to the Oshkosh Fire Department.Firefighters said they were called to 533 High Avenue at around 10:47 a.m. Monday for a structu re fire. Flames were brought under control within about an hour, but crews remained on scene until later in the evening.Four residents were displaced, according to officials.
