(KMIZ) One patient was flown to University Hospital on Sunday after a mountain-bike accident occurred on the Binder Park trail system in Jefferson City, according to a social media post from Cole County Emergency Services. “Due to the remote location of the patient specialized resources from the Jefferson City Fire Department, Cole County Emergency Services, and a helicopter from MU Health were requested to the scene,” the post says.
