A man has been hospitalized after officers responding to a North Philly crash found him behind the wheel of a vehicle suffering from a gunshot wound to the jaw, police said. According to police, first responders to a crash reported along the 600 block of West Montgomery Avenue in North Philadelph ia around 2:11 a.m. on Monday found a 24-year-old man in the driver’s seat of a gray 2018 Honda Civic that was sitting in the roadway. Police said the victim had been shot in the the jaw. The man, police said, was taken to a nearby hospital where he was listed in critical condition.
