Lanes have reopened after a crash on westbound I-84 near Ten Mile Road Saturday afternoon led to traffic delays. The crash prompted a large multi-agency response.Video captured by Idaho News 6 showed a large fire response, with Meridian Police and Idaho State Police also at the scene.
