The National Weather Service issued an updated report at 8:33 p.m. on Thursday for strong thunderstorms until 9 p.m. for Chenango, Otsego and Delaware counties.The storms are packing pea-sized hail (0.25 inches) and wind gusts of up to 40 mph.
