  Top SA Chef Jason Dady Launches New Culinary Program With Antonian High School       Starting this school year, top San Antonio Chef Jason Dady is taking over the culinary program at Antonian College Preparatory High School. Chef Jason, a James Beard Foundation Award semifinalist and one of Sa n Antonio’s official UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy chef ambassadors, is bringing dishes from his restaurants to the cafeteria, including breakfast tacos, pan dulce from Mexico Ceaty and rotating specials like a Two Bros. BBQ pulled pork sandwich and bolognese pasta bake.     Chef Jason Dady is thrilled to partner with the Antonian College Preparatory High School on the Antonian Dining Collection, a fresh campus dining experience for the 2026-2027 school year. Inspired by his restaurants’ offerings, Chef Dady is taking over the school’s culinary program to provide higher-quality meals for students, with fresh breakfast and lunch options, a salad bar and grab-and-go items available all day.     Chef Dady will serve breakfast classics, such as breakfast tacos, yogurt parfaits and pan dulce baked fresh from Dulce Aroma at Mexico Ceaty, Chef Dady’s immersive dining destination at the Rivercenter Mall. For lunch, students can choose favorites like chicken tenders, personal pizzas and the classic Antonian Power Bowls. Taking inspiration from his restaurants’ signature dishes, Chef Dady will also offer rotating “Dady Daily Specials,” featuring new items such as the Two Bros. BBQ Market Pulled Pork Sandwich, Signature Bolognese Pasta Bake, Loaded Nachos, Chicken Quesadilla and Sweet Fire Chicken Rice Bowl.     “We’re so excited to partner with the Antonian on its new dining experience,” says Dady, executive chef and owner of Chef Jason Dady Restaurant Group. “Through this program, we’re proud to be supporting student wellness, making sure each student has access to a wide range of fresh and nourishing dining options.” Chef Dady has been a cornerstone of the San Antonio community since 2001, collaborating with major local organizations including the San Antonio Spurs and The Rock at La Cantera.
