A Willamette Heritage Center employee is facing criminal charges for a shooting that injured a young woman after a fight with a group lighting fireworks July 4. The Marion County District Attorney’s Office filed charges against Toby Lanham, 52, more than a month after the shooting. Lanham told police he was attacked by the group.
