The Park City Men’s Golf Group at the annual Golf Picnic on Aug. 20, donated $8,206 to the Playing For Life Foundation, an area cancer support group, bringing the group’s lifetime contributions to $38,246. The group said that the money helps support Park City Golf Course’s manager, Vaughn Robinson. The group’s golf commissioner, Jeff Nielsen, and deputy commissioner, Dave Mendenhall, presented Robinson with the donation. The group was founded in 2012 by its initial commissioner, Jim Pigg.
