INDIANAPOLIS (WRTV) A motorcyclist died Monday afternoon from injuries sustained in a crash with a semitruck last week, police said.On Thursday at about 9 p.m., a caller reported the crash near South Main Street (U.S. Highway 3 3) and the U.S. Highway 20 ramp.Investigators said the semitruck was traveling north on South Main Street and was turning left onto the westbound U.S. Highway 20 ramp when the southbound motorcycle hit the truck.Police said the motorcyclist, 26-year-old Austin Aumack of Elkhart, was taken to a hospital in critical condition and died Monday afternoon.The 41-year-old semitruck driver was not injured. He remained at the scene and cooperated with investigators, according to police.The Elkhart Police Department said the crash reconstruction remains underway.
