The 14-year-old who was shot in the head in East Price Hill on August 18, now identified as Rakeem Blair Jr., has died, his family announced Saturday.According to Cincinnati police, officers and SWAT responded to a home in East Price Hill Tuesday for reports of a shooting.A witness on scene said a group of kids was throwing rocks at a house on Warsaw Avenue when a man walked out from the house and shot Blair in the head. The witness said the man then ran away from the scene and more people inside the house at the time ran out the back.A Metro bus driver running her regular route was passing the scene soon after Blair was shot.
