A man died after being shot multiple times early Sunday in Kensington, according to the Philadelphia Police Department. Police said that around 5:18 a.m., officers responded to the 3200 block of Kensington Avenue for a radio call reporting a person with a gun. When they arrived, they found a 35-y ear-old man unresponsive and suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to the back, chest and right leg. The man was transported to Temple University Hospital, where he died at 5:36 a.m., according to officials.
