Letters to the editor often contain criticism, but this one is to express appreciation to manager Troy Dayley and the people at Park City Public Works for quickly solving a road problem in our neighborhood. The T intersection where Prospector Drive meets Payday Drive has had a very, very deep v alley that was causing damage to low vehicles or those with bike racks, trailers or similar. Recently, a long delivery truck was stuck there with its drive wheels over the valley and unable to move the truck backward or forward. Public Works has a simple request form on the city website allowing one to request help. We made our request, including a description and photos, to Troy and Public Works. Much to our surprise, the problem was solved in about two weeks. So thank you, Troy and the crew at Public Works, for dealing with our request and quickly solving the problem.
