A shooting has sent one person to the hospital, causing detectives to investigate the area. The incident happened near Northwest 58th Street and 12th Avenue early Saturday morning The 32-year-old man was left in serious condition and was transported to Jackson Ryder Trauma Center, according t o Miami-Dade Fire Rescue officials. 7News cameras captured police securing the area to investigate, and the area blocked off by crime scene tape. A maroon SUV with a shattered back window and bullet holes was also towed away. An investigation is currently ongoing, and it there has been no word on if a suspect was found.
