A member of the U.S. Air Force sent sexually explicit messages to a Bucks County teen for months on social media before she left her home to meet with him at his base, according to investigators.
Dylan Drake Williams, 27, of Thornton, Colorado, is charged with unlawful contact with a minor – s
exual offenses, unlawful contact with a minor – corruption of minors with sexual contact, corruption of minors – defendant age 18 or above, and unlawful contact with a minor – corruption of minors.
Resources for victims of sexual assault are available through the National Sexual Violence Resources Center and the National Sexual Assault Telephone Hotline at 800-656-4673.
Williams began communicating with the 15-year-old girl from Levittown, Pennsylvania, on June 13, 2026, through Snapchat, according to the criminal complaint.
Investigators said Williams and the victim sent sexually explicit messages to each other on the social media app in June, July and August.
In one message that was sent on Aug. 12, Williams told the victim, “Tell me how bad you want kidnapped baby” by her “real bad daddy,” according to the criminal complaint.
On Aug. 19, Williams sent the victim more sexually explicit messages and then asked her to block him and leave her phone at her house, investigators said. The two then discussed when Williams would pick the teen up and they talked about the victim packing a bag and sneaking out of her home, according to the criminal complaint.
The next day, on Thursday, Aug. 20, the victim’s parents reported the teen was missing after she snuck out of a back window around 3:20 a.m., police said. The family also said they found the teen’s cellphone which she had left behind and spotted concerning messages on Snapchat.
Falls Township Police held a press conference on Thursday afternoon asking for the public’s help in locating the girl.
With permission from the teen’s parents, investigators also searched through the victim’s phone and identified Williams through his Snapchat account, according to the criminal complaint. They then tracked pings from Williams’ cellphone to the Dover Air Force Base in Dover, Delaware, officials said.
Police in Dover then contacted Williams who admitted the teen victim was at his home, according to investigators. The teen was then found at Williams’ home at the Dover Air Force Base on Thursday, officials said.
Williams — who Falls Township Police said is a member of the U.S. Air Force — was taken into custody. The FBI, the U.S. Marshals, the Bucks County District Attorney’s Office, Bucks County Detectives, Pennsylvania State Police, Dover Police, the U.S. Air Force and the Dover Air Force Base all helped with the investigation.
Williams is currently awaiting a preliminary hearing. Court documents don’t list an attorney who could speak on his behalf.
