Meet the Focker.
Actor Ben Stiller is heading to Connecticut on Saturday for a meet-and-greet with fans at Stew Leonard’s in Norwalk.
Stiller — who of course stars as Greg Focker in the “Meet the Parents” movie franchise, with the latest installment “Focker-In-Law” hitting theaters
later this year – will be promoting his recently launched soda brand Stiller’s Soda.
“Come meet Ben, grab your Stiller’s Soda, and join us for an afternoon you won’t want to miss!” read a social media post by Stew Leonard’s and Stiller’s Soda.
The event is scheduled to start at 1 p.m., according to the post.
Entry into the meet-and-greet line, per a subsequent post, requires the purchase of one 12-can case of Stiller’s Soda for $15 plus tax.
Stiller made an appearance at the Stew Leonard’s location in Yonkers, New York, in December while promoting the soda, which launched last fall. Stiller’s Soda is described as being low in sugar and made with all natural ingredients. It’s available in three flavors – root beer, Shirley Temple and lemon lime.
It’s one of the latest ventures for the Emmy-winning actor, who has starred in comedies like “There’s Something About Mary,” “Dodgeball: A True Underdog Story” and “Zoolander.”
Stiller, 60, was the director of the first two seasons of the hit Apple TV series “Severance” and will serve as executive producer for the upcoming third season.
A longtime New York Knicks fan, Stiller is also directing an HBO documentary series about the team. It’s expected to include footage Stiller recorded on his iPhone while sitting courtside and going behind-the-scenes during the Knicks’ recent championship run that ended their 53-year title drought.
