FISHERS, Ind. (WRTV) -- Indiana State Police are investigating a fatal hit-and-run crash on I-69 in Fishers after a driver hit a man while he was trying to fix his flat tire Tuesday night.State police say dispatchers began recei ving emergency calls around 9:45 p.m. on reports of a dead body lying in front of a van on the right shoulder of I-69 northbound, just south of Exit 210.When first responders arrived, they found a body of a man, later identified as 36-year-old Gregory Christopher II of Parker City.Police believe Christopher had a flat tire on his van and was struck by a northbound vehicle while working on the tire.The vehicle who hit him fled the scene and investigators say they've been following leads throughout the day and continue to search for the person responsible.Detectives are asking for anyone who may have seen the crash, or has information about the incident to contact ISP.
