KANNAPOLIS, N.C. – Kannapolis Police have now charged three people in the 2024 Christmas Eve shooting death of Angelo Markantonakis. Justin Roberts was taken into custody in Charlotte on Wednesday. He faces charges of first-degree murder, first-degree kidnapping, and robbery with a dangerous we apon.
