He is being held at the East Baton Rouge Parish Prison.nbsp;Lee was initially arrested a day after the April 24 mass shooting on one count of first-degree murder, five counts of attempted first-degree murder and one count of illegal use of weapons.nbsp;Baton Rouge Police Chief T.J. Morse said in July that Lee would be the sole arrestee in the shooting."To the best of our knowledge, he was the lone shooter, and hersquo;s the one thatrsquo;s going to be facing the consequences for that shooting."In an arrest affidavit, police said two groups of young Black men could be seen on security footage approaching each other near the mall food court before people started running and blood could be seen on the floor. Lee could allegedly be seen running toward the bathrooms while pointing a pistol toward the food court, nbsp;where blood spatter and bullet holes were found.Martha Odom, a 17-year-old high school student from Lafayette, was fatally shot. She and two classmates, who were also shot but survived, were visiting the mall for "Senior Skip Day."Also injured in the shooting was local soccer player Donnie Guillory. In May, less than a month after the shooting, law enforcement officers joined Guillory in a walk-through of the mall to show support and ensure he feels safe.nbsp;Permalink| Comments ...read more read less
