Family outraged after two speeding muscle cars kill teen girls on SoCal street

Two teenagers were killed when a pair of speeding vehicles cleaved their car in half at a Victorville intersection, authorities said. The California Highway Patrol is investigating whether the drivers who allegedly struck them were racing.
