Where a policyholder alleged a life insurer had a contractual duty to proactively adjust cost of insurance rates whenever expectations of future mortality changed, but that it had increased rates despite mortality improvements since 2013, the insurer was granted summary judgment. The policy did not
obligate the insurer to adjust the rates downward.
