Traffic has resumed on all lanes of eastbound I-84 following a crash that caused major delays Monday morning.The crash initially blocked the left two lanes near Five Mile Road, backing up traffic as far as S. McDermott Road in N ampa.The Idaho Transportation Department reported significant congestion in the area, with the drive from Caldwell to downtown Boise estimated at about an hour and 20 minutes during the peak of the slowdown. Waze users also reported a possible crash near S. Black Cat Road.
