A section of South Street was shut down on Sunday as crews worked to repair a water main break. NBC10 was on the scene at the 400 block of South Street to find an active work site, with the issue getting first reported sometime Sunday morning. The Philadelphia Water Department confirmed that c rews were working there, and that around 40 structures were impacted by the water shut off.
