Indy DPW Stormwater Engineering experts expect water levels to rise over the next few hours, potentially impacting surrounding neighborhoods.First responders remain on standby should water rescues become necessary.Shelter LocationsThe following locations are available for residents needing assistance: Families with pets: The Noble Center, 2406 N. Tibbs Ave. North side residents: The Red Cross shelter remains in operation at the Washington Township Adult Center, 8401 Westfield Blvd.DPW says that residents can text INDYFLOOD26 to 67283 to receive text updates on flood response.
