The goats are returning to Wyman Park Dell next month. The Friends of Wyman Park Dell announced that another “Goats on the Slope” weekend will be held Sept. 18 to 21. This is the fifth year for the popular event, in which the non-profit organization brings in hungry goats from Prosper ity Acres in Sunderland, Maryland, to devour overgrown vegetation that covers the steep hillside at the north end of Wyman Park Dell, across Art Museum Drive from the Baltimore Museum of Art (BMA). This year’s events include: ‘Kids Storytime’ led by Mary Bowen of Prosperity Acres, from 1 to 2 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 18; ‘Bluegrass in the Dell,’ from 5 to 7 p.m. on Sept. 18; ‘Family Art Adventure’ in partnership with the BMA, from 10 a.m. to noon on Saturday, Sept. 19, and ‘Yoga in the Park,’ from 11 a.m. to noon on Sunday, Sept. 20. Sponsors and partners include Baltimore City’s Department of Recreation and Parks; Visit Baltimore; Mahan Rykiel Associates; Seawall; Yoga Union and the BMA.
