d WRTV 6 News they've never seen flooding this bad.While there was no confirmed number, a county EMA official said they probably performed "dozens" of water rescues throughout the morning and early afternoon.The roads and homes surrounding Main and Plum Streets in Cambridge City have been entirely flooded, with water levels reaching the second-floor of some homes. The water levels of a nearby river got so high that at one point, the water had reached the bottom of the bridge leading into town."When I looked out of the window, I saw my fence floating past my window," Karlie Fry a mother of three, who had to be evacuated from her home via rescue boat Wednesday morning said."It's never been this bad.
