COLUMBIA, SC (WOLO) — And then there were two. Several media outlets, including the Associated Press, are reporting Sen. Darline Graham and Rep. Ralph Norman will advance to the special GOP primary runoff later this month. The two appear to have emerged from a field of 10 candidates, includ ing former Governor Mark Sanford, vying to replace the late Sen. Lindsey Graham, who died last month. According to the South Carolina Election Commission’s unofficial results, as of 9 p.m., Tuesday, Graham had earned 32.66% of the votes and Norman 24.16%.
