ROBERT - Deputies are trying to find out what happened to a man whose arm was mangled in a roadside incident just off Interstate 12 in Tangipahoa Parish.nbsp;The Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff's Office said the man was driving a truck, hauling a trailer and was pulled over on the shoulder of the road at the Robert exit on I-12 on July 17.nbsp;A driver found the man underneath his trailer, with his arm stuck under a tire. Deputies said the man was trapped for several hours and his arm was severely injured.nbsp;TPSO said it's not clear what happened.
