On Tuesday at 2:34 a.m. the National Weather Service issued a coastal flood statement valid from 10 p.m. until Wednesday midnight for Westchester County."Up to one half foot of inundation above ground level expected in vulnerable areas near the waterfront and shoreline," adds the weather service. "A dditional rounds of localized minor flooding are likely with the Wednesday Night and Thursday Night high tides.
