INDIANAPOLIS (WRTV) A person is in critical condition after being shot on Indianapolis east side Monday evening.According to Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department, at approximately 7:16 p.m., officers were called to the 5 800 block of Village Plaza South Drive on reports of a person shot. Thats right off North Arlington Avenue.When officers arrived, they found a male with injuries consistent with a gunshot wound.He was taken to the hospital in critical condition.WRTV News 6 has a crew at the scene.This is a developing story.
