(CNN)– The union that represents TSA workers is suing the agency for a lack of transparency about the expansion of a new airport security program. The program called Gold+ allows for partnerships with for-profit companies. The American Federation of Government Employees which represents about 4 7,000 TSA workers at more than 400 U.S. airports seeks records connected to the new program. The lawsuit alleges TSA pushed the partnership secretly without required disclosures.
