According to arrest papers, a vi deo shared on social media showed him having sex with a 17-year-old girl.Tyler Boebert is facing three charges of sexual exploitation of a child and two counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor in connection to the alleged incident, which happened on New Year's Day in 2024.According to court records, Tyler Boebert was released on a $10,000 bond on Sunday.
