PennDOT to permanently close a Northeast Philly ramp to I95

PennDOT will permanently close the ramp from Bridge Street to I-95 on Friday, Aug. 21. Crews will build a new connector from Tacony Street and the Delaware Avenue extension, slated to open in 2027.
